Regular diet plans are templates given to thousands. Your Vencutcook chart is built personally by Mrs. Vindya, based on your blood report, your body type, your medical conditions, your kitchen, and your goals. No two charts are alike.
What if I am outside India?
Charts are delivered worldwide. We have served clients in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and beyond. The consultation happens on Google Meet. Payment is accepted via international cards or PayPal.
What follow-up support do I get?
After your chart is delivered, you have direct WhatsApp access for any clarifications or small adjustments. For ongoing weekly monitoring and 1:1 coaching, we offer a separate 30-day programme.
How soon will I receive the chart?
Within 48 hours of your Google Meet consultation with Mrs. Vindya. Guaranteed.
Which blood tests should I take?
If you have a chronic condition, the common useful tests are: CBC (complete blood count), FBS (fasting blood sugar), HbA1c (3-month sugar average), TSH or full Thyroid panel, Lipid Profile (cholesterol), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Ferritin (iron storage). For PCOS, an additional hormone panel helps. A report within the last 6 months works perfectly.
